Returning is easy via our return portal.
You have 14 days to return your item. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or defective.
What is the delivery time for my order?
For the Netherlands and Belgium: orders placed before 10:00 PM are delivered the next working day.
Weekend orders are processed and shipped on Monday.
For other countries, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. You’ll receive email updates once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a personal track & trace link. This allows you to follow your package and view the estimated delivery date.
What are the shipping costs?

- A €6.75 shipping fee applies to orders under €25

If you made a mistake entering your shipping address, please email us at support@carewat.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still update the address.
After 24 hours, changes are no longer possible and we can’t issue a refund.
